Yoga and Transformation for us is a very clear and specific way of being present, honest, and in love with our own lives. Our very way of being in the world becomes our practice and our offering. In this context, yoga is about refining relationships including our relationships to ourselves, the other, and the Divine. For instance, we will refine our relationship to our body and health through increasing awareness, strength and circulation in physical yoga postures. We will refine our relationships to our minds and emotions through meditation, visualization, and journaling. And we will refine our relationships to the other – friend, lover, boss, child – through deep sharing in the group, dyads, and guided communication exercises. The experiences of this weekend uncover the innate ability in you to live with deeper clarity, love, compassion, success, and purpose.
Attend this free event for an introduction to the practices we will be covering in more detail throughout Saturday and Sunday. We’ve taken money out of the equation. Now, feel for yourself - the greatest work you can do in this world is to discover the marvel that you are. Live the life you would love to live. All the words in the world cannot explain what you will experience. Just show up! The rest will follow.
Who are you? What do you want? What is your heart’s desire? In these workshop hours you will touch your deep desires and longings, touch your fears, and your greatness. We will do visualization, meditation, journaling, and communication through deep sharing dyads and in like-minded soul groups. Facilitated with gentleness, love, generosity, and strength. This is a time for deep transformation. Our goal is to learn the tools we need to take our transformation home and live it. Laughter, tears, confusion, and clarity are all welcomed. There will be some yoga asana practice during each session. The main physical practices are in the early mornings from 7:00 to 8:30 AM and are included in the full weekend cost.
This early morning time is a time for quiet dedication to the practices of asana, alignment and body awareness. Lead by Kassandra, these yoga practices are open to all levels and are geared towards bringing a clearer mind, more open body, and softer heart into the workshop sessions that follow. Although optional, the morning yoga practice is an important part of the full weekend.
