- Asana: Beginning and Intermediate classes in yoga postures for strenth, flexibility, and mental focus
- Chakras: Learn the colors, sounds, locations, meanings, and influences of the energy centers withing
your own body. Each energy center cooresponds to a different area of your life. Learn how balancing meditations
can manifest changes in your life.
- Healing focus: A guided meditation to access the healing powers we all have access to.
- Occa Chords: Every person we know has an energetic connection with us. Learn how to 'see' these connections
and work on an energetic level to heal and transform relationships.
- Reflexology: An ancient diagnostic and healing technique, reflexology as presented here will
teach you some ways to relieve stress and promote healing by stimulating points on your feet. Complimentary
golf balls provided :-)
- Pranayama: An introduction to the healing power of your breath. The complete, 3-part yogic
breath,ujayi, kapalabhati, and anuloma valoma will be discussed, demonstrated,
and practiced.
- Body, Mind, Asana Connection: Yoga postures provide more than external strength and flexibilty.
Learn the subtle effects of asansa on the nervous, endocrine, digestive, and elimination systems.
- Home practice tips: Workshops are great, now how do you keep the energy going? We will present
ways to bring these yoga and meditation into your home whether you've got 5 minutes, 30 minutes, or two
hours for your practice.
- Private Work: Both Margot Hawk and Kassandra Genovesi are available for private appointments.
Margot works with reflexolgoy, nutrition, meditation, chakra balancing, occa chord dissolving, and other
mind/body work. Kassandra works with yoga postures, breathing, chakra balancing, home practice tips,
assisted stretching and other mind/body work. Conveniently held after the workshop on Sunday and other
